I get hyper acidic during periods which turns into vomitting subsequently. Pls suggest how I can avoid it.

Hello Doctor, I went through C section surgery last month to deliver my baby. Post that, I started doing kegel ( contract and release pelvic floor muscle during urination) to contract the uterus. It's been 15 days now. And now my urinary tract has got infected due to this. Please advice if I should stop doing kegel further now or please suggest a medicine to cure the infection. Hi, my period has been delayed for 15 days right now. Doctor suggested me to use meprate for 5 days. Will I get my period on 7 the day from the day I started the course or should I wait for 7 days after completing 5 days course.
