Lower abdomen cramps from 3 days bt no periods are coming my date was 27 Feb today is 2 plz help me out

I have taken 3ipills in past...my last date of 3rd ipill is on 12th jan after ipill 26th jan to 31st jan I got my periods now coming to my 2nd period started on 27th feb its normally heavy and little bit of clots is it normal or not plz tell me and now today its 4th day even though am bleeding but today 4th day the flow is completely very normal yesterday night 1st march night I taken meftal spas so night to mrng my bleeding stopped again it is stated at afternoon now the flow is very normal plz help me is there is any problem

Hi. Last two months I had a periods for one day full and second day about half day bleeding. Afterwards I don't get bleed. What shall I do. Want to go any tests . I am a mother for 3 yrs old baby, who is a cp child.
