Hi I am having irregular periods. Cycle is almost more than 3 months. I am a bit overweight , height 5'6 and weight 85 kg. I never had any other health issues but now again after 3 months , didnt get periods properly rather I could see little stains. 2-3 drops a day. This is first time. Why is it happening. What should I do to get regular periods?

I did 2 NT scan. One at 13.1wk and other on 13.4. in 1st NT Nasal bone was not visible but in the second it's visible. Did Double Marker test based on 1st NT and results came as positive. Do I need to do undergo any other test. Will DM test result will change if I present 2nd NT report. Please advise
