There is only spotting but very less flow of bleeding from past two months. And sudden weight gain is there. So many pimples have occurred on face, adult acne. Can this be symptoms of PCOS??

Hello Dr I want to ask a question behalf of my sister she got married 3 years before but cant able to conceive she went to Dr. And done all the test including hsg test everything is normal and follicular study also done that is also good but not able to conceive, now her Dr. Saying do iui ,I want to ask u is that her weight is problem for not conceiving is that will be successful by doing iui with this weight and can she do iui by natural way or by medical way pls suggest
