Pregnancy and Infertility

I am gaining weight so much, i wanted to under go for PCOD test, but in test i see PCOD Profile and PCOD Panel. Which one to take? Which is the best way diagnosing PCOD, and also let me know the other problems which causing weight gain. I dont have thyroid. Any other test to be done other than PCOD?

I take latroz 5 mg 3rd day to 7th day. Is it necessary to take hcg injection for ovulation after taking latroz. Will Ovulation not occur naturally after taking latroz.

Doctor what does mean follicular size in mm means ? My reports say 23mm  ( left and right ovary ,no cyst present ).is it a serious condition?

My Prolactin Serum increased in last 2 months. In Jan it was 35.5, i took some tablets as prescribed, but now after test my , count has been increased to 40.5. What can be the reason behind this? Please advise??

Hello doctor I had pelvic unltra sound on 15 th of march I got report as mild hyperlasia then on 25 I got periods , doctor told me to do ultra sound after periods . I am not understanding the reports what does         "ET =8.6 means" .

Hello doctor I regularly get periods on 18/25 but from last two months 14 days before periods I am getting little spotting doctor told me to do ultrasound ultrasound report .I did ultrasound report after my periods on 9th day of follicular study says : ET -8.6 mm Mean follicular study in mm Left ovary : 23mm Right ovary: nop No cyst on either sides Is this report normal ? Do I need to worry? Or do any extra test.

My follicular study on the 9 th days showed right ovary :nop  , ovary left ovary :mean follicular size 23mm ,.    endometrium 8 .6mm is this report normal ?
