Safe way to delay menstrual cycle
Hi,
I am planning for a Goa trip with my friends. But the plan is exactly on the dates when I'll be on my periods. The dates of plan cannot be changed. I want to enjoy pool and beaches. Is there a way in which I can delay my cycle. Pls let me know about the side effects of those and how safe is that method.
