Current  right ovary 3*1.6*2.4cm and left 3.1*1.6*2.3 and the old report one right 3*1.9*3 cm and left ovary 4.2*2.3*2.5 cm... I'm working out every day and reduced good enough weight and diet is under control. Just confused it this improve now or it's getting worse.

Hello mam...am 27 year old i hv a kid of 2 years ...6 month back i had medical  abortion of 1 month pregnency ...after that i noticed change in my periods date ...past 3 months getting periods for 2,3 days only ...before abortion i hv 6 days periods ... frm last month till today i dnt hv periods i did UTP two times but got negative result  ...i took tab. deviry twice  for 5 days but still nt getting periods ...can i wait for more days ?or go for usg ?
