Was given progynova in order to undergo all stages now i do feel some slight breast pain and do see some clear viginal discharge .is it an indication that i will see periods sooner?

I am suffering from pcos both left and right. I have irregular periods. Last mth my date was 13 march bt it happend on 27 march. I have pooja at home on 29 april. When should i start to take divery 10 mg to delay periods. Does this medicine will work to delay periods.
