How can mensurational cramps be avoided without using medications. I have lower abdominal pain through out the day.

My period is delayed by 3 days now but I am having really painful cramps once or twice. What can be the reason for the same

My period is regular but it's very painful with sometimes vomiting and coldness in peripheral. I usually take tablets ( Sapophen, Maphipain, or mefadol) and if it's so sever I use to take injection ( vortex) Is is normal? And if yes, what is safer for reliving the pain? Tablet or injection?

I have extremely painful period cramps. I have tried everything, but nothing works unless I take over800mg of ibprofin every 2-3 hours. Heat works a little bit, but nothing else seems to work. they start about 2 days before my period starts, and then 3 days during my period.

I'm trying to conceive from last 1 ,2 months ,had my last period from 12th June up to 16th june. But from 22,23 I had strange symptoms like extreme hunger,fatigue,cramps in lower abdomen,which lasted for 1 week then no symptom was there,suddenly I started spotting(brown) from 31st June,which continued till yesterday,today only bleeding started.

Very painful period with brown blood for 4 days and very foul odour, also have thrush. Do suffer with PCOS never had this before am very worries.
