Hi, I suffer with severe headache before period. I am also diagnosed with fibroadenoma 10 days back. I was thinking to go for hormone tests. I am guessing may be due to low estrogen levels. Which tests will help me identify the real issue? When should I get the tests done - after/before/during period? Please confirm. Thank you. Regards, Sakshi

I have fibroadenoma in my left breast. It has size of 8.5*6.5*4.9cm and volume is about 142 cc. Sometimes i felt pain in my breast.

In the recent general health check up of my mother, in mammogram, report has 2 findings - 1) Oval shaped htpoechoic lesion 4.7 × 1.1 cm seen at 9-10 o clock position of right breast. Thick capsule seen in lesion - Probably fibroadenoma 2) Few scattered simple cysts in both breast ( Birads -2) Doctor asks for a surgery to remove lesion. Is surgery recommended or necessary? Or can medication help?

Hi, recently I diagnosed with fibroadenoma and with scan it's found multiple are there. doctor suggest me to go for a quick surgery. I wanted to check other opinion also. could you please suggest me .

Hello, I am 24 years unmarried girl. In March this year, fibroadenoma is detected in both the breast (3 in each). Size is quite large. They are non painful usually, but before periods and at the time of periods it becomes painful. Please suggest me Are they dangerous? Can I let them be as it is or do I need to operate them.? I have been taking ayurvedic medicine since April but no major changes happen in the size of fibroadenoma. Please suggest what to do.

She has a lump of about 3 cm from 1 year.Its is almost hard sometimes become soft.It is painful sometimes.USG done and report says it is fibroadenoma.In FNAC report shows it is benign growth.She is on homeopathy medicine.Is the treatment is enough or what will be the best treatment for her?

Hi i am suffering from fibroadenoma, my doc just touched and told me this. Its was a painful rubbery lump in my areola but he prescribed me cryptova and phlogam so the pain is completely gone. I am wondering if it is something else more serious than this so should I do other tests? What tests you can. Suggest for breast lumps?

I hve a fibroadenoma in my left breast and it ie increasing in its size. It feels uncomfortable as it is quite big. I am 15 years old and I am worried that it it gets removed my two breast will be different sizes. Should I get it removed?

I have a lump about size 3-5 cm in the right breast, a bit in the downside. Its been there for about 5 years now. Tried homeopathy but not much improvement. Done the mammography test in January, 2017, it is a fibroadenoma. Doctor said not to worry, just get it removed ASAP. I am not much for surgery. Is it possible to get it removed by medicine. If not, then what would happen if i let it stay, it doesn't bother me much. Sometimes an occasional pain during my period, but it doesn't hurt that much. Also recently i started having irregular periods, say for the oast 2-3 months. Its usually late by 2-3 days or maximum a week every month. But its really irregular like two weeks late this month. Is it associated with the lump? Need i worry about it? Please help.
