On 11 that day of my cycle my follicle Size is 14.4 in right and 9.2in left ovary.. Is it a normal study for IUI? HOW TO ENHACE MY FOLLICLE SIZE

I'm married, My LMP is 9th May and I have regular cycle of 27-28 days. We usually clear the mess(wash thoroughly) after love- making. Am yet to get periods this month, i got cramps right before my expected date however no periods took home test on 34th day it was negative. Should I wait longer or eat more periods inducing foods, do heavy workout. Kindly advise it is 36 days already.
