Pregnancy and Infertility

My due date is 25th june.. There is grown lag around 2 weeks. Baby's weight is 2.81kg and AFI is 13 to 14. My doctor is saying that baby is lil weak.. So there may be chances of ceserion.. What can i do or try for normal delivery?? What is the reason behind grown lag that too 2 weeks??

I want to know the difference between NT scan and double marker test. Which needs to be done 1st and can these two test be carried out together?

After scanning and blood test I am diagnosed with PCOS. My AMH is 7.5, prolactin is 40 and vitamin d - 13 and all other being normal. I am prescribed myo inositol and cabgolin 0.5mg cabgolin once a week for three weeks. Am now confused if i need to take 2 myo per day.I have total of 60 myo tablets.Should i take both the tables in a the same month. Or should i first finish myo dosage and then start the cabgolin. Please guide me
