Can anyone please help by informing what is the difference between 'beta hcg' and ' serum for beta hcg' blood test.

I have been suffering from PCOD since teenage years. From allopathic to homeopathic, i have tried everything, but nothing seemed to work. I recently came across a supplement OVASITOL , for managing the hormones. I wanted to know opinion regarding the same.

I stopped Sysron n on Sunday and my period started on Tuesday night. But my bleeding is very heavy and painful, so can I start sysron n today?

There is a lump or layer of tissue under right armpit for sometime now. Recently, very small one on left also come. Weight increase also happened in last 1.5 to 2 years of about 10 kgs and become moderately obese compared to normal weight for the height. Also under regular asthma medication. Lump under armpit on right also painful in some places when pressed. Please suggest what next steps to be taken. Thank you.

Can we consider beta hcg blood test as conformatory, i'm 9 days delay for my peroid and i took urine test, beta blood hcg test both are negative and went for ultra sound its not showing anything can i take all these as not pregnanet as confirmation or any other test do i need to take plz help im worried
