Pregnancy and Infertility

I recently got endroscopy done for infertility, doctor said that right Fallopian tube is blocked but is not mentioning the reason why its blocked ( due to infection, scar tissue etc). Reason for blocked tube cant be found in endroscopy? Then how is this blocked tube treated. What would it effect on chance of conceiving. Do we have way to determine why the tube is blocked and treat it?

Hi I've pain in lower abdomen & lower back which is been there for 2 days now & also when I pee I feel sensitivity in my private part, I used Dettol to wash my private part. Please help

Last saturday night i had pain in the stomach and burning sensation while urinating. I took Alkasol with water and norflox that gave me some relief but still i m having a little feeling like i need to pee but when i go to do that nothing comes out..the feeling goes off in night and again starts in the morning. I stopped taking norflox on monday tuesday as it was fine on those days but started taking it again on wednesday.

My Dr said "my periods will be irregular for three months now" can you please explain what does that mean. Bcoz without knowledge I took three unwanted 72 pills in 3 weeks(1 pill per week). What does my Dr mean can you please explain this in detail "Periods will be irregular for three months" will I get my periods once in next 3 months or three times in 3 months but irregularly??

I am a pcos paitent. My age is 33.i have been taking medicines from past 6 years. From last four months i am trying for baby. I have noticed that after planning baby my periods become very painful. First two days of period i notice there is black blood flow. And my pain is so severe that i could not stop to vomit. But when i was not planning for baby my period was not painful. Sometimes i feel lower back pain before period or during period or after period. Why this is happening doctor?

My mom has a mild pain while having periods so she consulted with gynaecologist and suggested to do ultrasound,so according to reports is there any problem mam.Thank you mam waiting for valuable answers

Hello Dear Doctors My wife's LMP was 1st May. we went for USG 27June and fetal heart beat was 116bpm Doctor suggested some injection and tablet and asked to have a follow up USG after 10days but this time no heart beat detected. What's the chance of having a healthy baby still.

Hi, I'm going on a vacation on the 14th of August for 12 days to the beaches and this month my period has started on the 10th so I want to know the ways by which I can postpone my periods or can get it early as I don't want it to ruin my vacation, my periods are too painful. For how days is it safe to comsume primolut n to delay my period and what is the dosage? Or is there a way that I can implement to get it early? Thanks.
