Ultra sound was done and result is there was a mass at the right ovary later it was removed and was given coc .will it assist till i get monthly period

Last month got delay by 5 days in periods before that i never face such delay. Even this month as well it's, two days more than the ecpected date still not get periods. What to do for the regular periods cycle and what may be the reasons for the same.

My wife is having white discharge issue ( transparent color with no oder) so Gynecologist suggest candid V6 tablet however after taking tablet it the amount of discharge got decreased  but it is still coming little bit and also doctor suggested to do AMH test and it came 4.35. Please tell is AMH value high or it is normal. If it is higher then tell how to control it. we did sonography there is no abnormality seen on that and no cyst in ovary.
