Vitamin B12, fish oil and vitamin D3
I have been suggested by a friend to take vitamin B12 and Fish Oil capsules for painful periods. I had vitamin D3 weekly for 2 months and then once in a month for last 2 months. Should I go through any test or I can take these supplements directly? What will be the doses?

Hi, all I can say is that these medicines do help in cases of painful menses. For correct doses, you need to follow your Gynecologist's prescription.
