Vitamin-D3 in pregnancy
I am 29 weeks pregnant. I had already taken 8 tablet of Vito 60K (Vit. D3) continued during 2 months ( one per week) on doctor advised. She had not conducted any test of vitamin-D level till now and yesterday she advised the Vito 60k tablet for 3rd continue month ( one per week) without any test.
Is it safe to consume so much high dosage for 3 months?..Doctor saying your calcium tablet "Aricam Max tablet" has not vitamin D3.
