Hi this month I was put on clomid from 3 to 7th day of period and today is 10 the day doc asked me do start my follicular monitoring from today but there was no doctor today and will start from tomorrow will it make any difference and what are the chances to conceive in first cycle of clomid

LH was high so she put me on ovralg for 2 months. LH lowered. LMP: 5aug Follicular study Day 4: no cyst seen (Took letrozole 5mg daily  for 5 days) Day 9: right ovary has 17mm follicle Day 10: 18mm Day 12: 24mm Day 15: cyst of 21by 20mm(hemmoragic septatious) Follike was growing correctly but no signs of burst. What does this cyst mean?
