Hello i usually have my periods on 13-16 th of every month then last month it happended on 19 th and now this month on 23 rd...n my period blood is also darker in shade

I had an medical abortion at 5 weeks 21 days ago. I between, the bleeding had slowed down and stopped with pain as well 4 days ago. But after 8 hrs again bleeding started like 2nd day bleeding. The pain increased too. The bleeding has now slow down but the pain in belly is still like a 2nd day periods. Is there any chance of complication. Can it be RPOC? I am not having any kind of fever or breast pain or any other symptom

Bled very very heavily on the first 2 days of my cycle with huge chunks of blood. My period usually lasts 6 days. But now there is no bleeding on 3rd and 4th day. Why did this happen. I'm taking Pexep cr.
