Pregnancy and Infertility

I want medicine for preponing my period. Kindly suggest some mild medicine. I had my last period on 2 August. My cycle is generally 26-28 days. Basically I want my November period by 15th November as my wedding is on 22nd November.

Can i breast feed my 3 months baby in a lying position??? Or by which month v can do it?? Is it safe for the baby ??

My wife has been detected with hypothyroidism. Age 32. She is taking thyronorm 25 after that TSH levels were normal. Last week she missed thyronorm dosage for 3 days... After that her TSH levels increased to 5.15. How many days it will take to normalize the levels? When should we test TSH levels again?

I have done my laproscopy and histrosocopy on 25th july 2019. In july my lmp 17july Then after next LMP 22nd aug . I had take injection on 24aug of gynogen hp 150iu And on 26, 27 aug diva HMG 75iu. On 31st i will go for sonography. Is i am going on right path or not .please suggest. Thank you

Dear doctors I am in 4th month . I m feeling back pain and leg cramps from 2nd month onwards continuously. Apart of that from 3rd month i m feeling itching in back and in neck and face. And sometimes become red rashes in back stomach or face suddenly and disappear in few minutes. So is it common or any complication . Could you suggest any medicine . Bcz of that i couldnot sleep well and also felt back pain while going to bed and after wake up. Help me please...
