Usually i m 1 / 2 days late for my periods.. But now 10 days late but no periods.. If i m having any thyroid problem. Beacuase i had tubal ligation at the time of my delivery.. Please help

My last period on July 23rd and this month I missed period so went for check up and I was 4-5weeks. As I had previously miscarriage at 8th week, doctor did a scan for me to see the sac size and yolk has formed at right place .. and results was yes and Gestational sac size was 0.7mm.. is this normal size? Am i ok or need to take any special care ? I am scared pls help me..

Dr my c sec was on 22 nd may I have few drops of bleeding after 1 month 3 week for 6 days .. after that bleeding was stopped .now on 29 th August I have few drops bleeding again ..is it normal ?

I had I Pill with orange juice on 27th August and since then my face is getting pimple and burning sensation. Also my face is little swelled and full pink in colour. I never had pimples in the past and it seems to be a reaction. Just wanted to what should be the best step I can take now?
