Lactare tablet is good or not lactare tablet what side effect?? And how to increase milk supply for my baby ???

A local doc suggested me to take Sysron N for straight 5months to treat my hormonal imbalance. I took it from April to August straight. 2tablets a day for five days. It's September. I feel like I am pmsing and my ches paining. Do you think I will be able to get periods on my own this month? Was it right to take Sysron N for 5months?

I have an extremely oily scalp and fine hair. after 5-6 hours of washing the scalp, it gets oily.i have tried different shampoos even diy home remedies and herbal shampoos but no advantage. I even tried no poo method but it led to severe hair fall. Doc has recommended ketoconazole shampoo but it dries the hair too much after washing and more sebum is produced then normal. The skin on my face is normal type and hardly i have breakouts. Bit scalp is extremely oily. This there a permanent cure to this problem.
