I have completed my 33 this friday on tuesday i.e on 10sep i went for an ultrasound baby weoght is around 1700 /-+250gm i know its less but wat is the estimated is it 1950gm or only 1700gm .. I am confused do we consider the 250gm. Due placenta insufficiency baby is 2weeks behind.. Please help me with confusion

I had csection 3 months back. From then onwards iam feeling severe pain on having bowel movement. Lumps are present on rectum which pops out on passing stool. I m 39 yrs old and my period is of 24 to 26 day cycle. My last period dates were 18 june 14 july and 9 August. Its not pregancy for sure. All these yrs periods was regular. What shuld i do? How long should I wait before I see a doctor? Is it normal at this age?
