Pregnancy and Infertility

Sep 29 was my last periods and i didn't get periods yet.so i did blood test for pergancy after 5 day delay of my periods and it's become negative.so i have started duphaston medicine for last 6 day daily one.but still i didn't get periods.what will be the reason for it

My mom is 48 years old...bleeding stopped 3 years back..bt nw suddenly she spotting some days.. visited doctor done scanning also..they mentioned endometrial thickness

My embryo transfer (ivf cycle ) is fixed on 16th nov (coming saturday ) Lmp was on oct 29.. im having progynova 2mg 4 times a day from oct 31 and susten 100 mg injection from 12th oct.. but today i had brown discharge.. can anyone plz let me know what can be the reason for that? I had black cohesh & soy tablet  ( nutrilite)for 2 weeks just before ivf cycle.. now only i got aware that it has some effects similar to estrogen.. can this tablet for the reason for spotting? (Nb: i stopped this tablet jst before ivf cycle, i stopped on oct 28 & oct 29 i got periods?

Dear Mam, There is less bleeding flow in periods and that to lasts only for 2 3 days maximum... Please let me know why is this happening.

Took an ipill , got my first periods before time and I’m late for my second periods by 5 days. Is it normal? Had a UPT done when I was 2 days late- it was negative. Is there anything to worry. I didn’t have any inter course. Just an external stimulation. Ipill was taken for safer side. Please advice

I have taken permence plus tablet for the past 2 weeks but still not get periods. How much time it will take approx?

During folicuar study for concieve, I noticed that only my right ovary makes egg with letrozole support,is this normal or something is wrong with my left ovary because my left ovary not make any egg, mostly cyst appear in my left ovary but it dissolve easily.
