Hello doctor I am a home maker I am 31 yrs old i have a two yr old kid my problem is past one week i feel my breast hard and experience a different sensations whn I touch and heavy please help me

I suffer from irregular periods. I had my last period on 3rd October. Today it is 15th November, but my periods have not started yet. I am having dark brown discharge but no periods. As I am having brown discharge, I can't visit a Gynaecologist. I am very worried. Please help!!

My endometrium thickness is 20mm Ovarian cyst of 8cm and uterus slightly bloated..is this indicating PID?
