I am experiencing mid cycle bleeding since yesterday. Today is 16th day. My usual cycle length is 28-30 days. This hasn't happened before. I have had pcod. But cycles have been regular now for almost a year after weight loss. Is there a possibility that even after getting periods regularly, I may not be ovulating?

I am in 13w and 2days and did NT scan today.Nuchal translucency is normal.The nasal bone is visualised.Normal flow noted across tricuspid valve.The ductus venosus shows reversal flow in multiple cycles however the fetal cardiac appeared normal at this stage.A-wave is 11.47cm/s reverse flow. Can someone please advise whether it is normal or not.Please reply back

Hi, i have decided to wean off my 2.5 year old son and i have taken cabgolin 0.25 - 2 tabs (once only) My breasts still feel full and i can feel them engorging. I have to continue the same dose after two weeks if the production does not stop, but how do i handle this? Can i take another dose now to stop the engorgement? Pls help. P.S- Im not asking for pain killers
