I have taken fertil 100 mg tablet for 5 days.. follicular monitoring report says there are two follicle in right side. One rupture after attaining size 20 by 19 on 12th day..but second follicle size 26 by 23 on 14th day. Was this follicle rupture or form cyst? Does it causes problem for ruptured follicle to fertilize? Does the unruptured follicle blocks fallopian tube?

I have pcod since 4 years. Wt: 88kg, height : 5.3" , age: 27 yrs, status: unmarried. Now periods are not coming without taking tablets. Last periods was before 8 months. Started Ayurvedic medicines , basti under doctors guidance for around a month still not had periods. So doctor suggested to take 10mg deviry for 5 days twice in a day. Done course of 5 days. After 10 days of  completion of course, having spotting ( only 2-3 drops of bleeding ) occured. Is it due to course taken is not sufficient in my case? Should it be done with more strong or high no. Of dosage? Is it normal or severe? What should be next step ? Taking tablets again and have periods 1st then try to treat pcod further ? Please give advice
