Pain in right pelvic region even after periods. My cycle is usually 30 days long but this time I had my periods after 19 days and after 4 days of periods , I still have pelvic pain on right side. Please help

Hello doctor, I'm 25 years I have PCO .my reports say that I have polycystic ovaries with both ovaries show central stromal hyperplasia and multiple 8-10,3-5mm size follicles placed peripheral...and left ovary is enlarged and right ovary is normal in size..what does it mean and is it serious issue what all symptoms I will face in this and how to overcome this plz suggest me.

My wife period comes on 11th on every month Last period was on 11th October Now from November period is missed On 8th December we checked from prega news And it is positive Now we dont want a baby. I am a PCOS and take care of everything from diet to exercise however I have heavy face blaoting .. Why is happen? I have consulted doctors but they couldn't help me on bloating. My face bloating drops drastically as soon as i get my periods but reoccur within a week. This really disappoint me as i am a working. What could be the reason? Thanks in advance.
