I stopped feeding my baby since April 2019 still little bit milk is coming. And my period are irregular

My baby is 2 months old and she doesn't latch , I use breast pump to express breast milk. I have been taking 2 lactare capsules 2 times a day . It's been now 15 days since I've started this course. Have tried shatavari kalpa as well, But still there is not enough milk I get in a day. It's below 30ml. I can pump 2-3 times a day for 20-30 minutes. What is the issue here ?

I have had normal periods for as long as I can tell. Sometimes I would have very heavy and painful periods . Sometimes irregular and I have told it's fine since period can change all the time in a women's life . But , this time my period is a bit strange . I have noticed that I was extremely emotional and I was so angry and hurt from everyone , crying none stop . But as soon as started bleeding, I got so happy and excited . My cheeks flushed hot, and this is still going on after day 3 of period. I don't have red cheeks all the time, but they keep happening from time to time . And I am more sad and lonely than ever...but I quickly get happier if i feel like it ( the was a very good reason like eating my favorite food or drinking coffee ) . I am very emotional, but my period was never this emotional . I was crying because of I felt more lonely and distance and I would easily feel offended and " triggered " by anyone . I also got very painful cramps, not too painful but still painful

Every month I get my periods on time. But this month its 10 days past my actual date and still I did not get my period. Im having severe body pains and back pain, Im not sure if this is because of my late periods.
