Hi doctor...I have recently done my ovarian drilling on 09.12.2019...its been a month now...can I practice yoga ??I have doubt after how many months post surgery we can practice yoga Also my doctor advised to plan for a baby after two months that is from march month onwards till then they have provided my contraceptive pills is that right procedure ?? I have been having irregular periods for the last 6 months there are periods in 2-3 months and then the bleeding does not stop last bleeding for 15 days after that i have visit to gynac she give me 1 month medicine my sonography reports are normal after 1 month again happen same thing my periods comes after 2 months and and its 15 day now my bleeding does not stop yet plz tell why this happening and what is solution of this

How soon after hsg test can I start trying to concieve? Is it safe to start immediately?My hsg test is on day 8 of my cycle and I ovulate around day 13-14.

I had c section before 25 days. My husband is in Indian navy so I am alone at home with one helper. I have to do some bending, lifting things etc., Doing some work in water. Is it okay. What happen if I continue to do these work.because people say till 6-8 week don't lift anything heavier than baby. Just asking what will happen if we do those things

To improve endometrial lining my doctor suggested me to start estradiol 2mg twice a day from second day of my periods however I missed taking pill in morning today on my second day. Does it have any impact on treatment part? And do I need to fix the timing of taking this pill everyday? How much time fluctuations is allowed? Thanks.

My last periods was on 27 November ate pill on 6 December n got withdrawal bleeding on 13 of December. Uptil today i haven't recieved my periods also did a serum beta HCG test n result was negative..so should i wait for my next periods or consult a gynae ??
