Hello doctor, I got my period after 36 days delay. (Cycle length was 73 days) my usual cycle length is 32- 35 days. We are trying for baby but all the tests were negative including blood test. I took tablets for 5 days to get my period. My period came on 28th march and it's still going on. First two days were very light flow but then it started increasing align with bad cramps. Now I am having continues clots going along with heavy flow. Is this normal?

Because of such long delay in menses, increased blood clots. When you have clots the cramping too Increases. Give it 10 days to subside. If you are trying to conceive and you have regular menses, such delayed periods is quiet unusual. If you do have history of irregular menses, it is important to get yourself evaluated if you are ovulating during your period cycle.
