How reliable urine hcg test is ? Does it give 100 percent correct result How should be carried out this test What should be the best way to do this

Functional cyst in my right ovary measures 4.1 × 2.4 cm. I had poking pain in my right lower abdomen and on scanning we found this cyst. My doctor said nothing to worry about as it is common and it will most likely go and I should be fine by my next menstrual cycle. I was already in my february menstrual cycle when I was treating this. But as I still have pain, I was given a painkiller that he asked me to use if I have unbearable pain. I still do suffer from pain occasionally. Should I wait till next month as suggested by my doctor or should I treat this immediately? Period cycle: Jan 8-10 Feb 7-10

Hello, Last month i was not on ovulation induction due to retaintion follicle. I was put on estrogen 2mg twice a day to check my lining for 15 days. I took tablets for 12 days ( coz i was not punctual, i used to forget) my et after 14 days showed 5.2mm. This month i had ivf stimulation. GF 300 & 75 hmg for 6 days GF 300, hmg 75 & cetro (Gnrh) for 6 days Along with medicines like probiotics, folinine, ecosprine etc I had 12 follicles in beginning, Later only 6-7 are expected in retrieval (is what doc said) This time my lining was 7.8mm Doctor says i need to perform hysteroscopy, as in stimulation lining should have gone above 8mm 4 months ago, when i had iui, my lining did went upto 10mm Should i go for hysteroscopy??

Hello doctor, I got my periods in 15 days. It has never happened before. Usually my cycle is for 28days. I always have had regular periods. Today is the second day and the flow is still light. On day one also the flow was light. I had a nausea feeling last night and was very uncomfortable. Though i didn't throw up anything other than water as i was empty stomach. Is it a matter of worry?
