Severe backbone pain
Dear sir/madam,
I am suffering from severe backbone from past 1week
Actually I will take hot water for bath
Due to humidity I had taken cold normal water from past 2weeks
My mom suggested me not to take cold or tap water if you take you will suffer with backbone pain
Kindly guide me to use hot water or cold water and other medicine or precautions to be followed
I have gastric pblm too

If there is a problem with your back then it doesn’t matter how u take bath.it matters how you take posture and you need to see a otrthopedician

It doesn't matter whether hit or cold water. It all is ur personal preference depending on the weather.
