I've missed my periods this month my date was 17th and I've not yet got my periods kindly suggest any medicine

Wife having mild fever from last 3-4 days, burning sensation while urinating, probably swelling near urine path. Kindly advise how to cure it.

Hi all, my wife is now a mother of a 2 month old baby and baby came 1 month early through a C section. Post delivery, from past 2 weeks, she is farting loudly and frequently. As my gynaecologist was not available due to lockdown in my area,I went to another doctor she told my baby looks good in scan and suggested injection TD as vaccine now . I took injection yesterday. Today I have mild fever of 100.6 degree.i called the hospital but they are closed for now . Someone told injection has to be taken only between 24-32 weeks.i am panic now . Will it affect my baby .i feel so tired today .. doctor suggested calapal 500 . I didn't take any as of now . Devastated. Is vaccine reason for fever ? Can injection TD be taken at 14 weeks? Hello I am taking lactare 1 tablet twice daily my baby is 3 month 22days old..But suddenly decrease milk so should I take 2 tablets twice daily..?
