Have u concieved before? Do u have heavy bleeding regularly or this clot is 1st time ? Clots in menses is indicative of heavy period which can lead to low heamoglobin and hence the tiredness. If this is the first time then no need to worry. Eat healthy iron rich food like green leafy vegetables, banana, dry fruits etc. Can take iron tablet also for a month.  But if u r experiencing heavy bleeding and the tiredness continues u will need an ultrasound and some blood investigations to rule out any pathology. And for temperature..pls dont ignore the possibility of covid 19. If u have any history of exposure pls get urself tested for covid 19.
