Reasons for late period except for Preg

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have skipped my period according to the normal cycle of 28 days. But last month my cycle lasted only 13 days. It's been 40 days now since my last cycle and I am not experiencing any symptoms of pregnancy I am experiencing pre period pains and have also taken two p.t both negative. Please advise.

U need to do an ultrasound pelvis to rule out any cyst , polyp , endometriosis etc. Other causes can be hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders etc. Consult a nearby gynaecologist
