22 yrs married having one baby (1.5 yrs ) Suffering from abdomen pain and irregular cycle . Ultrasound report says that , single echopenic cyst present in RT OVARY ( size 2.98×3.12×3.19 cm and ROV 15.5 cc) Plz advise possible treatment.

Hello...I had brown discharge yesterday night...and from today morning I am having peroids I am advised to take letrozole 2.5mg for 5 days for ovulation induction... previous month I was told to take clomifene but I got menses yesterday, so now from day 3 I am supposed to start this medication How to consider day 3?? Yesterday is considered as day 1 ?? Or from today?? How is success rate of letrozole compared to clomifene!! Kindly guide me
