Form last two days my mother hAving below Pain or uneasy on left side around heart. She is feeling uneasy

Done iui on 15th day of cycle with 5 follicles from both sides. Confirmed that ovulation occurred before iui. Uterine cramps on day 9 and 10 post iui. Today is my expected date of menses according to LMP. But upt is negative. Why? Can I concieve this time?

I finished the 5 day course for deviry on 24th and on 28th experienced very little brownish red spot bleeding which has continued till now. Should I wait more for heavy bleeding or do I need any other medication. This is the first time I had irregular period because of which I was prescribed Deviry. In general my periods are regular. It started with brown discharge. 1st day it was light, 2nd day it increased and 3rd day it was a heavy brown discharge. 4th day it was periods with normal bleeding. Is it normal?
