I was advised letrozole 2.5mg tab twice a day for 5 days for pcos condition to induce ovulation purpose But I saw in google it's used for breast cancer and all...will it actually help ovulation??

Today is day 14 and my doctor suggested me to try naturally for conception. However, I went for follicular scan and there is a dominant follicle of 11 x 9mm . Please check my reports and let me know if I still have PCOD and also let me know if follicle size increases. Is everything normal , please check and suggests foods for natural conception

Hi I am on vitamins such as evion LC , folic etc as suggested by my doctor for planning. But I see intermittent brown spotting on 14th/15th day of my cycle and slight pain in lower abdomen. Is it a matter to worry.
