Hi, I am 45 years old. I am experiencing an irregular menstrual cycle since last May. And during periods, I observe only spotting. In October, when I did sonography, the report said "Bulky uterus with uterine fibroids of 10mm noted. Otherwise normal ultrasound examination of the abdomen noted." So by taking Menosan tablets can I overcome the effects of menopause like irregular heart beat, disturbed sleep, tingling feeling, etc.? Please help...thank you

But as I am pcod and diabetics type 2 patient I don't want something which can interpret my hormone levels more... So something less risky and effective pill? I heard shehali pills is non hormone birth control pill? Can I use it? Advise

I am ttc since 1 year. But never was my testosteron and insulin test done. I dont have diabetes.( Tested 7 days back ) I want to ask that when should I go for these tests. Do they ne required to be done at any particular time of period .

Dear Doctor, I haven't got my periods from past 2months. Prior to this they were regular. I got my periods last on 25th march I have a sedentary lifestyle. Can you please let me know a remedy for this?
