I missed my dronis 20 for last night. How it will affect on my period? What is the problem of overdoses of Dronis 20?

My periods have been irregular for the past few months and last month I missed my period.I also experience terrible pain due to periods sometimes.

I am having low amh .In past I was having endometriosis cyst.it got removed by surgery..Can I concieve with low amh through IUI...?Is IUI is benificial for low amh patient?

Due to large solid ovary cyst, my left ovary was removed in the year 2018. Recently , in the month of March I had undergone USG lower abdomen. The impression is F/S/O- RIGHT OVARIAN FEW SMALL FOLLICLES WITH FREE FLUID IN POD, cul-de-sac. What is the indication? Am I again developing cyst in the right ovary?

Hi doctor, I am 25 years old and my menstrual cycle usually comes in 28-32 days. It lasts for 6-7 days wherein first 2-3 days are quite painful with heavy flow. However this time it is 15 days early.
