Hello doctor, My last period was on May 25th and lasted for 5 days flow and now today I am having dark brown spotting flow which is limited to panty liner and what should I do? Do we consider this as periods cycle or ovulation ?if periods cycle? Then what would occur early periods and could give me a solution? Also, generally my cycles bit irregular and have pcos too.

My breast when it's in its resting position it's in one shape like it's very different like I can see a separation between my areola region and fatty region but at the same time when it arouses it's normal in shape like the other breasts and iam stressed with this for the past 6 months and some time in that areoal region It swells up little bit like a baloon and goes off and becomes normal .Iam very afraid to go to hospital kindly someone help me.i don't notice any redness lumps or discharge.
