Pregnancy and Infertility

As my wife is facing heavy menstrual bleeding from last 1month. We consulted a doctor they did all tests like urine test,pregancy test,thyroid test,and scanning. .all was normal except scanning report showed endometrium thickened 14mm. .so they prescribed meprate 10mg and trapic mf daily twice for 21days..so we are using from last 10days this tablets twice a day but bleeding had getting reducing slowly but not stoped completely yet..now how many days it will take to stop bleeding completely. .or can you suggest any other medicines for this or i have to use more 10days. .plz tell me. .

I have constant burning and irritation in vulvar area which increase on sitting since last 2 month s I have taken antibacterial and antifungal medicine course for one week on a gynaecologist prescription still it is the same, I am also using coconut oil. What could be the reason, please help

Is susten sr 200 recommended to woman who conceived naturally without any medication? Or is this medicine recommended only for the women who faced infertility issues and conceived through medical treatment?

I was diagnosed with PCOS in Jan 2019.It was an anechoic simple cyst in the left ovary measuring(4.2*3.0cm).The doctor told me it would dissolve on its own with time and did not prescribe any medication.I was also diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2012 and I have been taking thyroup (75mg) since then.I have always been a fat kid.I was 102 kgs back in 2019. My periods started becoming a bit irregular. Previously, I missed my periods once in 3 or 4 months. Since Jan 2020 the irregularity has increased further.I have been missing my periods for 2 months straight and only been getting them in the 3rd.In the last 2 months I have lost 8 kgs with proper diet and exercise. But it doesn't seem to help with my period. Since the beginning of 2020 I have only got my period twice. My last period was in April 2020.I'm scared to go to a hospital for consultation due to the pandemic.I would be grateful if I could get some medication or medical advice on getting my period for the time being.I'm worried.

I am having irregular periods from January in Feb I got Periods but I have done check up in march reports are  after that lockdown started Please suggest! Now from March I didn't got periods. Last year also same problem persists so I have done check up that time also reports were normal.
