Hello dr.my LMP was 17 may..i hv taken susten 200 from 16th day of my period for 10 days...after tht on date june 14 and 15 i got only one to 2 drops blood..today is my 5th day of period but my bleeding is not clear...i got spotting only nd watery bleeding...why this is happening??? Generally after stopping susten i got my period nd bleed for 4 days...but this time only i m having this type of prob after stopping susten...feeling some light abdominal pain on left side ...plz rply

I am a mother of 3years old kid going through pcos issue ..so needed help on it.i am attaching my last pelvic scan report which i did it in 20th of may 2020.

Hi doctors , On 22nd May I got pelvic scan report and it's showing simple large cyst of 4 cm. And also My menses was irregular and prolonged so my gynaec gave Primolut - N for 21 days so it ended on 15th June . Then I got periods yesterday on 17th June with heavy cramp and unbearable lower abdomen pain . I suffered whole night with pain today morning I took Meftol spas tab . So my pain reduced . And bleeding is normal . My query is why so much pain m having ? I never had such pain in my periods. Is this because of cyst or something else ? Do I need to take this tab continues when I feel pain I mean three times or two times a day . ??? Pls suggest . Or is there any chance that cyst raptured so feeling pain ?? What could be the reason pls suggest me doctors what to do ?? Shall I I visit to doctor ??? And when second scan is required ??? Pls answer my queries . Thanks in advance .

Hi, I generally suffer from a lot of rectal pain during my periods. It's quite unbearable during the first two days. I get a few large clots during the first two days (two inches long sometimes), after which the pain reduces somewhat. Recently I've started experiencing intense pain near the end of my period as well. And the day of ovulation I get very sharp pain in the left or right side of my lower abdomen, along with pain in my rectal area. I want to know if this is normal or if there is a cause for concern?
