Pregnancy and Infertility

My periods didn't came on expected date in march, waited for a month and in last week of April i visited to a dr. He gave me some pills to take that twice daily for 5 days and after periods came in the first week of may, after 5 days of periods end Doctor prescribed me a ginette35(21 days course) after consuming this medicine periods came after a week like around 6th june and after full 5 days periods i got my periods again in a week, on 17th june for 5 days, and yesterday i had light spotting of brown and red colour and today, from early morning i started bleeding again. Can any doctor please help me to understand what is happening with me ?

I got periods twice last month that is on may last month it was a very heavy bleeding like a normal periods this month again it's starting I'm getting bleeding but not like last month this month it was like little spotting not a heavy bleeding it been 5 days after my ovulation the spotting continue today too please tell what could be the problem

I don't get a proper flow.my last periods date was may 12th and I had for 4 to 5 days,it was normal before.But even before I will have flow even for 2 days or even 1 day.even I had a flow for 16 days but it was not too heavy. Just a few drops per day.this June12th I had only 1 day.in june29 I had a flow but it will be only one drop.same the next day.i found  the flow only after I pee. I get lite shade of black discharge instead of white discharge.when I found it will be for heat and after taking cool food items it is becoming normal. I need to know whether it is normal or any issues.

Whenever I lift something heavy things I get spotting and periods in between..how can I reduce my bulky utersus naturally. ...it's almost a seven months I've been having this bluky utersus. I'm mom of 2year old ..

I hv done the internal scan... my left ovary is not properly visible and in right ovary it's pcos.... I want to conceive as soon as possible... plz suggest the required medication. Plz check the images

Delivered on march 28th through normal at that time got one month's bleeding n now on regularly it's happening n this month's it came 10days early.. y like this so..

My wife is in 34 weeks 2 days as per CALCULATED GA. BPD - 8.5cm , HC- 31.1, AC -28.3 and FL - 6.8cm . Doctor told feral AC is two weeks delay .. and suggest to take high protein and asked us to visit weekly once to monitor . If feral AC growth will be become normal in coming weeks ? Her GA as per LMP is 35 weeks 4 days .

My hcg serum comes 15.9 after 4 weeks of my missed period... Is it normal or not? Please suggest what to do on this as I am worried about it. My lmp was on 23rd May 2020 and test was conducted on 30th June. Please reply
