Pap smear - ASCUS
Good morning doctor I had my routine pap smear done Was having complaints of occasional discharge and lower abdominal pain The report is showing ASCUS,is their any thing to worry. Thanku doctor.

Nothing to worry, need to take antibiotics and repeat the smear.

ASCUS suggests infection or suspicion of cancer.
