I m a mother of 5 month baby delivered via c section. After delivery my periods were normal and regular. Now after 5 months i have missed my period. What could be the reason??

My wife has gone through an ultrasoundrecemtly and the reports showed kidney size of child to be more than normai I.e 6.8mm. Hi. I'm unmarried and I'm 25 yrs old. I had prolonged bleeding prob and took scan and everything was normal so dr put me on novelon for 3 cycles. I'm on the 2nd cycle of tablets. I got my periods on 5/7/2020, and from yesterday 23/7/2020 I'm having bleeding. Why am I bleeding while on novelon and wat can be done about it ? Is it normal ?

Urithelial carcinoma in 2013 which was removed by surgery ,done followup 4 yrs in Tata memorial and was negative later.Since 2018 got fibroid 5.4 cm with no probllems.now due to pain last week did conaultation &  fibroid grown 7cm just rechecked last week in sonography. I have 10ur old kid. Can i concieve as want baby.And then remove fibroid??
