Its the 43 day since my last period. I think I have missed my period ( for the 1st time). When can i expect my next period?  Or how do I determine my next fertile window? Pls advice

Hello Doctor, my wife had an IUI 7 days back. Since night she is feeling little bloated, little temperature and some tightness in her lower stomach. Please advise if this is normal or should I visit my doctor. Thank you for all your help.

I'm 25 unmarried. Had prolonged bleeding prob and took scans it was normal so dr advised novelon for 3 cycles. This is my 2nd cycle of tablets..
