Im mother of 3 month old baby. Today I'm having right breast pain, shivering and fever. Hands and feet are burning

Fever is due to breast engorgement dear. Try to breast feed as much as possible.If the breast is still endorsed , feed your baby after expressing the breast milk to relieve breast engorgement.
Next Steps
If still fever persists you will need a course of antibiotics to prevent the formation of breast abscess. Take Capsule Augmentin 625 twice a day for 5 days. Take Tablet Emanzen D twice a day for 5 days. Do breast support with brazier

There might be breast engorgement due to which you are having pain and fever. Relieve the pressure by expressing milk and try nursing frequently.
Next Steps
Apply warm compress before expressing milk or nursing that will dissolve in case of any clogs. Apply cold packs in between nursing, it relives pain.
Health Tips
If the baby isn’t drinking enough milk and you are having breast engorgement, express the milk and give it through feeding bottles.
