Hi doc, I wanted yo know about clexane shots. Are they painfull? Whats the best practice?How can one reduce the pain?Does the injection cause marks?Can we help to avoid them?

I have a cyst near groin ,before two years a gynecologist said that it's normal and  small we can't do anything keep watching ,now I feel it's little big , should I meet doctor immediately .This is present in my body from around 5 years .I never had any pain or any problems due to this . please suggest.

I have high prolactin levels (76.5 ng/ml) and Bartholin cyst. Does high level of prolactin responsible for Bartholin cyst? I don't have any other irregularities. Also, when I was tested I was highly stressed out, had been working out and hadn't slept properly. My TSH is 2.9. Should I get the MRI done? Should I start medicine to lower prolactin levels? Could it just be because of stress? Does it have any association with Bartholin cyst?

Im on Letroze and CCQ for last month and i was expected to get my period or pregnency.. My last month period date was 26th july after which i took ovulation tablets(Letroze n Ccq) and didnot get period till yesterday. Yesterday i gad brown spotting which was there till tofay and today i had black spotting in the afternoon can this be considered as period?

In my latest Growth Scan report, it is mentioned that lower edge of placenta 4.9 cm away from the internal OS, is it still to be considered as low lying? During my Anomaly Scan I was diagnosed with low lying placenta and position was 1.3cm away from internal OS..please suggest.
