I was suffering from vomiting sensation from last month I checked my Hb it's 7.8 last month and now it's 8.3.i had done blood test and attached the report too

I have had infertility after natural miscarriage and in laparoscopy 2019 my rght tube was block earlier both where open dr said its spasm and did ivf but failed and now repeated hsg but they said it looks like block and other dr on usg said its hydrosalpinx now one dr advice laparoscopy and removal of tube but they ar not sure it is hydrosalpinx other dr said no need to go for second laparoscopy instead advice for FTR as he doesn't think its hydrosalpinx and he said it will open up my tube I am totally confused what should I do like go for tubal recanalisation or second laparoscopy plz advice I have attached the report of my hsg and usg report plz advice

Hello, wil the breast milk stop producing if stopped feeding baby, wil the breast milk dry automatically if not fed for long time or it will form milk nodules inside n causes pain? Very little milk is expressing, can it dry automatically without getting collected.
