Am Getting brown thick cotton type brown color blood when went washroom at the starting day of period

My periods started 4days back and I am experiencing heavy flow which is not stopping at all. Please suggest me what to do.

Can facial hair be removed without laser or any other therapy treatment.? Is possible suggest. . And why it comes on face??

Hello... I was taking Duphaston course of 2 weeks which 2/day.. Last day of Tablet was 9th sep.. And next day did a urine test was negative.. Waiting for period to come.. On 12th i started having just drops of spotting abd sometimes during urinating.. But since yesterday mid night i started having lil bleeding.. And today also but my Concern is i m not having good heavy flow its just average flow.. Is that ok if not having much bleeding during periods.. . Today i also had ajwain warm water to have good flow.. Is that okay.. Or i might have less flow for some other reason pls advice

How frequently should we take gestational diabetes test . I had mine at 19 week and they told I don't have gestational diabetes. My 32 Nd week scan is at next week . They didn't take any test in between, is there chance i have gestational diabetes as I am craving for sweet sometimes . Pls tell symptoms

My doctor told me to take folsafe -L for 3 months daily post lunch but I am forgetting it to take in afternoon.can I take it in the morning after breakfast or in the night post dinner.

My mom 56 yrs old,last few days she suffering from lower abdamon pain when she bend down. The attached is the scan report and it shows both ovaries appear atrophic. I don't know what is this, is this normal or some problem. But still she feeling the pain.

I have had three failed ivf cycles with four transfers and now also one cycle cancelled but My right side tube is block and I wanted to open it but I am confused what to do one dr has advice for fallopian tube recanalization as it is non invasive as I have already done one laproscopy on last year but ivf specialist tells it will be not so useful but I wanted to open as before also I thought of knowing why my tube is block but they told me to go for ivf which failed and most of the I ovulate from block side plz advice me what I should do ?????
